Make the time your own
We’ll begin with a guided meditation, then you can settle in while I play the crystal alchemy bowls live. Before we meet, we can talk about what you’d like to make room for, whether that’s rest, clarity, or time to be together.
Private sound and Inner Voice sessions are available online or in person at The Wellness Commons in Laguna Beach. Hands-on Reiki takes place in person.
One person
One-to-One Sound Bath
60 minutes · $150
An hour set aside just for you. We’ll begin with guided meditation, then you can rest and listen as the tones of the bowls fill the room.
Two people
Sound Bath for Two
60 minutes · $225 total
Come with a partner, a friend, or someone in your family. We’ll shape the meditation and sound around an intention you both want to bring. A brief Inner Voice reflection is available if you’d like one.
Three to five people
Small Group Sound Bath
75 minutes · $300 total
Gather friends or family for a birthday, a visit, or a quiet afternoon together. We can choose a shared intention and include a brief Inner Voice reflection, with sharing always optional.
One-to-one
Inner Voice + Sound
90 minutes · $225
Bring a question you keep turning over, or come with a desire to hear yourself more clearly. I’ll guide you through an Inner Voice practice, then play the bowls so you have space to sit with what came up.
One-to-one · In person
Hands-On Reiki + Sound
75 minutes · $195
Rest fully clothed while I pair gentle Reiki with live crystal alchemy sound. We’ll talk through what feels comfortable before we begin. You can choose light touch or have my hands hover above your body.

You can come as you are. I’ll guide you through the practice and make time for questions before we begin.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes you can easily sit or lie down in. If there’s anything that would help you get comfortable, let me know when you reach out.
