WELCOME TO
Becoming Inner Guided
Three intimate conversations with Lissa Sandler and Kristin Beckett to help you reconnect with your inner knowing.
How to Experience Becoming Inner Guided?
This three-part series is an invitation to come home to yourself.
Together, we'll explore what it means to trust your inner voice, reconnect with your wisdom, and create from a place of deeper alignment.
Listen at your own pace.
Pause when something speaks to your heart.
Return whenever you need a gentle reminder that the answers you
seek already live within you.
xo,
Lissa & Kristin
Day 1 - Hearing
Yourself
Theme: Hearing yourself beneath external authority, expectations, advice, and conditioning
Intention:
The first step in becoming Inner Guided is not immediately figuring out what comes next. It is creating enough space to notice what may no longer feel true.
Over time, we can become so skilled at listening to experts, family, clients, colleagues, social media, and our own inner critic that we lose touch with the quieter knowing within us. This conversation invites you to begin noticing where outside voices may have become louder than your own, without needing to change or solve anything yet.
Mantra:
“I am making space to hear myself again. My inner knowing is still here.”
Reflection & Journal Prompts:
Where have I allowed external authority to guide me more than my own internal authority?
Have you lost the sound of your
own voice?
Day 2 - The Mirrors
Theme: Using Inner Voice, Human Design, astrology, meditation, and other modalities as reflections rather than authorities.
Intention:
The tools we explore in this conversation are not here to define you or tell you who to become. They are mirrors that can help you recognize parts of yourself you may have overlooked, doubted, or learned to suppress.
Human Design can offer language for how your energy naturally works. Astrology can provide context for the season you are moving through. Meditation can quiet the noise, and Inner Voice can help you reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
The map is information, not authority. Everything ultimately returns you to your own inner knowing.
Mantra:
“I do not need permission to be who I already am. I trust what feels true within me.”
Reflection & Journal Prompts:
Where in my life have I been waiting for permission to simply be who I already am?
What have I always known about myself, but struggled to trust?
Day 3 - The Practice
Theme: Closing the gap between knowing and living through small aligned choices, self-trust, community, and ongoing return
Intention:
Hearing yourself is the beginning. The deeper transformation comes when you begin living from what you hear.
Self-trust grows through small, aligned choices made one moment at a time.
Becoming Inner Guided is an ongoing practice of listening, trusting, acting, and returning to yourself.
Mantra:
“I trust myself one choice at a time.
I am willing to live from what I know.”
Reflection & Journal Prompts:
Who might I become if I trusted myself just a little more this year?
What small choice would help me live more fully from what I already know?
