Limiting Beliefs Sound Bath
The video features a sound bath session led by a practitioner who utilizes sound, reiki, and inner voice work to help individuals release trapped emotions and limiting beliefs. The session is structured as follows:
Preparation and Meditation: The practitioner guides participants to sit or lie in a comfortable position, advising them to have a blanket nearby as their temperature may drop. Participants are encouraged to close their eyes, relax their bodies, and become aware of their inner state.
Identifying Limiting Beliefs: The practitioner asks participants to focus on an inner knowing, a desire for change, or a transition they are facing. They are instructed to locate where this limiting belief is stored in their body as "pain body" energy and to envision it as a shape to facilitate release.
Breathwork: A series of deep, conscious breaths is used to help center participants and prepare them to observe their emotions without attaching stories to them.
Sound Bath: The practitioner transitions to playing singing bowls for approximately 40 minutes, encouraging participants to remain present, feel their emotions, and release them, even if the emotions shift or change shape.
Closing and Aftercare: The session concludes with the practitioner guiding participants back to the room. She notes that regular sound baths can retrain the nervous system, and recommends activities like spending time outside or taking an Epsom salt bath to maintain the state of relaxation.
